How many homes are you proposing to build at Hayfield Park?

We are proposing to build around 700 high-quality homes differing in size (number of bedrooms), type (terraced, detached, semi-detached, apartment, etc.) and tenure (open-market or affordable housing).  The village concept designs reflect the character and appearance of nearby settlements including Aspley Guise, Woburn Sands and Wavendon.

What type(s) of homes will you build?

The new development would meet the needs and aspirations of the local community by providing a wide range of accommodation types with an emphasis on family housing. We are considering the need for specialist living, including retirement homes or extra care, and potential for self-build. The homes will be designed to reflect the characteristics and architecture of the local area.

Will there be provision for affordable housing?

Yes, affordable housing will form 35 per cent of the development in line with the requirements of Central Bedfordshire.
